2. LICENSE

WebDesignTemplatesBlog.com grants you non-exclusive and non-limited license to use the web templates sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

a) UNLIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may use each individual web design templates so many time you need, (it dose not matter whether the project of website belongs to you or your client). Our web design templates may be used for both commercial and noncommercial purposes.

b) MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products in order to fit your purposes.

c) IMAGE USAGE
All images used on our templates are royalty-free and play the integral part of our products. You have the right to use images only as a part of the website you design using our template. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Further, under any circumstances, you may not resell/license/sub license/lease the images used in our templates in their present or modified form.

d) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our web design templates, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.

e) ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from WebDesignTemplatesBlog.com

3. INSTALLATIONS

We do not install, convert to (x)html, any of our web design templates. Installation and convert to (x)html is a paid service which is not included in the package price.

4. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

To become a member of WebDesignTemplatesBlog.com, you will have to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable membership fee. As a member of WebDesignTemplatesBlog.com, you will have the right to download all the templates in the members section. You will also be granted and access to download any new member templates that we will be added to our membership templates collection in the future. You agree that you will not provide your login details to any third party or allow them to access your account. If you suspect any misuse of your account, please notify us as soon an possible. Your account will automatically expire along with the duration of the plan you have opted for. Your membership may be terminated if you do not abide by the above membership terms

Membership fee may be refunded if exceptional circumstances can be shown to exist under the following conditions:

a) If the member had not downloaded more than one template.

b) The refund claim is requested within seven days of opening the account.

c) If the claim is accompanied with detailed explanation on the reasons for the refund claim, provided the explanation does not contradict our Terms and Conditions. Note: It takes one week to complete the refund process from the time of your refund request.

If any templates has not been downloaded you can buy it by Unique Price. We guarantee that you are the only person to buy this template. After the buyout purchase occurs, the template  is never available to other customers again.
